3 months old!!

These last three months have FLOWN by. Amazing how the last three months of pregnancy draaaaagggg but the first three months of a new baby are gone in a blink of an eye.


I am just tickled to be three whole months old!




I haven't missed many meals.



My brother, Tristan,



shares his "Smith" with me.



I go outside and sit on the porch with Mommy when it isn't too hot.



I am a bit confused by one thing though. There is something soft and orange that always seems to follow me around.

and then when I am cuddling with Mommy IT shows up again!

Just another day in paradise...

Christopher went in late today because he had to cook some beans for a cutting (sample tasting). As he was leaving with his beans he casually informs me that there is a dead gecko in the stove.

"I tried to stop him but he ran right under the coil and into the stove. He's probably cooked by now. You'll want to get him out before he starts to stink." then Chris slides out the back door as fast as he can and into the Beetle.

Being that I hate to touch dead animals, even little geckos, I got out the vacuum cleaner. I looked under the burner and as reported there was a crispy little gecko. I took apart the burner and vacuumed him up. What a way to start a day!

When he wasn't looking.....

Poor #9...how will he get any attention?

It started with Lucy loving on Max while he was hanging out on the floor watching the ceiling fan go around. Note: why waste money on a baby gym when ceiling fans can keep a baby entertained for a little while.



Then Ben had to get in on the act....



Then Emma came on over....


This poor baby #9, everyone is always too busy to love on him.



Yes, the big boys hold him and play with him too but they aren't overly fond of having their pictures taken. I'll get 'em eventually :D


Max loves to stand. If he is fussy the one (usually) no fail way to make him stop is to stand him on your lap. This is the face he makes and then 'dances' like the Gopher from Caddy Shack.


And here are his K-Family blue eyes, that they all (must) have.


While Max is thoughtful and intense. He does have a lighter side :D

for the repose of the soul of our friend and neighbor, Michelle. And for peace and comfort for her husband, Andy and her children, Travis, Lexi and Haley. Michelle was a wonderful woman and she will be missed.
